One of the most sought-after electrical contractors in the Tri-State Area, Centrim Electric needed to expand their online awareness to attract the high-end commercial, residential, and mixed-use clientele they were seeking. The effort began with a complete rebrand of the company, from logo to business cards to signage and collateral materials. Once the new brand was complete and brand guidelines were established, we moved into the online space. A new site was created based off our new brand and position, then it was optimized for search engines, Google, Yahoo, and Bing, with seed terms and multiple site maps for increased rankings. Social Media Marketing began with profiles on Facebook and Twitter, where fans and followers grew to over 1,000 in less than 4 weeks. A new Centrim Electric blog was created and integrated into the new site as well, managed by our team of writers and researchers. Online press also began with new press distributed monthly to over 50 different online press outlets. After seeing how successful our New Media strategies were working, Centrim Electric then asked us to help them with their internal communications. NET programmers responded with an internal Intranet system for staffers that was set to various permission-based levels, depending on the employee accessing the sytem. The new Intranet allowed staff to monitor and edit project details in real time, simplifying project management to one simple, proprietary platform.
