The treatments and tactics presented here were submitted by NET principals and management in response to a formal RFP process by the University of South Florida Polytechnic. They include recommendations for increasing student enrollment at the Lakeland, Florida campus. A powerful interactive website served as the hub of the effort. It was to include video diaries from students, viral games and entertaining e-mails that the student could send to his or her friends as well as parents. Everything was backed by a strong Social Media Marketing effort across all the major social media platforms, including Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, and YouTube. It even included surprising street/ambient marketing tactics that would pique public interest.
